Minki Basu, President & Founder

Minki brings 30+ years of global corporate experience and deep understanding of what happens when organizational culture fails to unlock human potential. She was chosen for core leadership teams during two private airline launches and handpicked to launch the regional office for a European Global Distribution System in India, consistently delivering unparalleled revenue growth through accountable leadership practices. Having experienced firsthand how bias and lack of leadership accountability can render high-potential talent invisible, Minki founded UPL to ensure no leader faces the same performance barriers. Her lived experience of breaking through glass ceilings became the foundation for UPL's mission: helping leaders achieve breakthrough performance they never thought possible.
