Verified Program Results

Client Outcomes

Every UPL program is built around a measurable outcome. These results are drawn directly from participant surveys — not industry benchmarks, not self-reported estimates. Real programs, real data, real workplaces.

Our Analysis

What the Data Tells Us

100% Valuable in the Vast Majority of Engagements

In almost every UPL engagement, every single respondent found the session valuable. Where scores fell below 100%, the gap was traceable to a specific identifiable factor rather than general dissatisfaction.

The Most Consistent Request: More Time

Across sectors as different as healthcare, technology, construction, and creative services, participants independently asked for more time. An hour was not enough. The content routinely sparked curiosity the session format could not fully satisfy.

Facilitators Are the Differentiator

Participants do not just rate sessions. They remember the person who led them. Warmth, credibility, and the ability to create genuine psychological safety are the throughline of UPL's impact.

Community-Focused Sessions Drive the Deepest Engagement

Sessions delivered to specific communities, ERGs, and identity-focused groups generated the most personally engaged feedback. When content speaks to a shared lived experience, participants do not just learn. They feel seen.

How We Measure

Every UPL program includes structured participant surveys administered immediately post-delivery. All figures on this page are drawn directly from those surveys. We do not aggregate across industry studies. We do not use benchmarks in place of direct data. If a client wishes to remain anonymous, we report sector and engagement type only — never invented figures.

What Renewal Tells You

In consulting, the most credible outcome data is not a survey score — it is a signed contract for Year 2. William Osler renewed. Toronto Community Housing expanded beyond the original scope. Both outcomes are a direct consequence of verified participant results and organizational trust built over multiple cohorts.
