Performance Leadership Background: Minki established herself as a trusted high-performing leader in the service and IT industries, overseeing sales, operations, customer service while driving relationship building, leadership development, and engagement at all levels. She was chosen to be part of the core leadership team during the launch of two private airlines and handpicked and entrusted with launching the regional office for a European Global Distribution System (IT industry) in India. She independently recruited and trained entire teams, consistently delivering unparalleled revenue growth year over year through accountable leadership practices.

The Catalyst for Change: Despite her proven performance capabilities, Minki experienced firsthand how bias, discrimination, and lack of leadership accountability can render high-potential talent invisible. Working her way up the corporate ladder from scratch in North America, she witnessed how organizations systematically fail to extract maximum potential from their people when psychological safety and accountable leadership are absent. This lived experience of having her potential overlooked became the foundation for her mission: ensuring no leader or high-performer faces the same barriers.
