Unstoppable Performance Leaders has entered a formal, licensed partnership with Workplace Fairness International, founded by Blaine Donais, to bring the Workplace Fairness Culture Program to organizations across Canada and the United States.
So there is no confusion about who does what, here is how we work. We own the client relationship, the customization, and the program management. WFI leads and delivers the Workplace Fairness programs themselves. So, the program is brought to you by Unstoppable Performance Leaders and delivered by Workplace Fairness International.
When people feel safe, valued, and heard, they stop showing up for a pay check and start showing up for a purpose. That is when performance goes beyond potential. True leadership sets that tone, and fairness is what makes it real. Together with Blaine and Workplace Fairness International, we are supporting leaders to create workplaces where people belong and thrive.
Organizations need a plan to provide safety, trust, and inspiration to their people. At WFI we have worked hard to build that plan at the leadership and structural levels of an organization. We built the method. Minki and her team at UPL have the relationships and the reach across Canada and the United States that put this work in front of far more organizations than we could alone, and that is why we partnered with them. Together, UPL and WFI can help organizations reach their goals.
Why this matters
Most organizations treat fairness as a feeling. The Donais Fairness Theory™ treats it as something that can be measured, and therefore built and sustained. It assesses an organization's conflict management system against four pillars, Justice, Efficiency, Engagement, and Resources, using a validated diagnostic instrument, TIFFS®.
Conflict at work is rarely random. It is predictable, and anything predictable can be prevented. That is the shift this work makes possible.

What makes the program different
Most leadership training builds individual skills. The Workplace Fairness Culture Program is the only program in North America that develops both the individual leader and the conflict management system they work within. That is what makes fairness measurable rather than aspirational, and auditable rather than assumed.

Where organizations start
The program runs as three sequential courses: Fairness Leadership, Fairness Structure, and Fairness Process. Workplace Restoration is available as a separate add-on. Fairness Leadership is the recommended starting point and works entirely on its own. Every session is built around the organization rather than delivered off the shelf, and participants receive a Certificate of Completion.
