Indigenous Programming
UPL's Indigenous programming is designed and delivered by Indigenous practitioners. Our team includes members of the Chapleau Cree First Nation and Métis Nation — bringing lived knowledge of TRC Calls to Action, MMIWG2S, Treaty education, the Indian Act, and cultural competency frameworks.
Cultural safety assessment precedes every program deployment. We do not impose frameworks; we design with communities.
Employment Equity Compliance
This is not general DEI programming. This is regulatory compliance delivered by qualified practitioners.
Employment equity under the Employment Equity Act is a legal and regulatory obligation for federally regulated employers. UPL's ecosystem includes Employment Equity technical specialists who design compliant equity plans, conduct workforce availability analysis, identify under-representation, and build internal reporting frameworks.
All UPL EDI programming is available in English and French. Our bilingual facilitators and senior strategists deliver with cultural fluency — not translation.
