AJ Conway is a DEIAB and Learning & Development expert with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping organizations create inclusive, engaging, and high-impact workplaces where people and performance thrive.

Through their LGBTBE and DOBE-certified business, Conway Consulting, AJ partners with clients across sectors to design and implement strategies in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, & Belonging (DEIAB), customized learning experiences, strategic planning and assessment, executive coaching, and project management. They specialize in building learning and equity initiatives that are grounded in data, aligned with organizational goals, and tailored to foster stronger workplace cultures.

They also serve as Deputy Chief Advocacy and Engagement Officer at Pittsburgh Regional Transit, leading employee and community engagement strategies, facilitating employee resource group development, championing agency-wide equity integration efforts, and supporting employee growth and professional development programs through specialized learning programs.

A Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) with additional credentials from the NADOHE Standards of Professional Practice Institute and the Google Project Management program, AJ brings both practical expertise and deep professional grounding to their work.
